Is there a file size limit?
Yes, there is a limit that depends on your account type. Check with your administrator to find out the specific limits for your organization.
Is the platform secure?
Yes. Veraquo uses:

Account and Access
How do I sign up?
It depends on your organization’s settings:
- If self-registration is enabled: Click “Sign Up” and fill out the form
- If you can sign in with Google: Sign in with Google to register or access the platform using your Google account

Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can log in from multiple devices simultaneously, depending on the administrator’s settings.
How do I change my password?

File Management
How long are my files stored?
Files are stored indefinitely as long as your account is active, unless:
- You delete them manually
- There is an automatic retention policy configured by your organization
- Your account is deleted
Can I recover a deleted file?
No, deletion is permanent. Be sure to back up important files before deleting them.
Download a copy of important files before deleting them from the platform.
How do I download my files?
You have several options:
- Single file: “Download” button in the detail view
- Multiple files: Select several and use “Download selected”
AI Detection
How accurate is the detection?
Accuracy varies depending on:
- Content type (audio, image)
- File quality
- AI model that generated the content
- Configured sensitivity
In general, accuracy ranges from 85-95% for content clearly generated by AI or humans. Ambiguous cases may have lower certainty.
How long does the analysis take?

- Image (5 MB): 30 seconds – 1 minute
Can I trust the results 100%?
The results are highly reliable but not infallible. Use them as:
- A guide for further analysis

For critical decisions, combine them with other forms of verification.
Does it detect all types of AI?
The platform is continuously updated with new models, but:
- Very new models may not be detected initially
- Hybrid content (AI + human) is more difficult to evaluate

Can traceability analysis be used in legal proceedings?
Traceability analysis verifies whether the analyzed file was previously generated or downloaded by a user, and can be used as potential legal evidence.
However, it is not a legal document in and of itself. Consult with attorneys for further details regarding its use in legal proceedings.
Does traceability guarantee that the content has not been tampered with?
Traceability verifies:
- ✅ Whether the files are original or come from social media.
- ✅ Where the specified file comes from.
It cannot verify:
- ❌ Tampering prior to uploading to the platform
- ❌ Edits made outside the system
- ❌ The accuracy of the content itself
Dashboard and reports
How often are the statistics updated?
- Summary cards: Real-time
- Charts: Every 30 seconds
- Complex statistics: Every 5 minutes
Can administrators view my files?
It depends on the settings:
- Administrators can view the list of files and metadata
- Access to content may require special permissions
- All administrative actions are logged in the audit trail
Check the privacy policies of the organization hosting the platform.
Technical Issues
The platform is slow. What should I do?
Try the following:
- Refresh the page (F5)
- Clear your browser cache
- Close unnecessary tabs
- Check your internet connection
- Try incognito mode
- Use a different browser
If the issue persists, the server may be overloaded. Wait a few minutes and try again.
I can't upload files
Check that...

Error processing file
Possible causes:
- Corrupted file
- Format not fully compatible
- Server timeout

I’m not receiving emails from the platform
Check...
- Your spam/junk folder
- That the email address in your profile is correct
- That your inbox isn’t full
- That no filters are blocking emails from the platform
If everything looks good, contact your administrator.
Privacy and Security
Who can view my files?
By default:
- You: Full access
- Administrators: Can view content uploaded by users, along with metadata
- Other users: Do not have access
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Veraquo does not use your files to train AI models. Files are only processed for the services you request.
Can I delete my account?
Contact your administrator to delete your account. Please note:
- This action is irreversible
- All your files will be deleted or transferred
Does the platform comply with GDPR/privacy regulations?
Veraquo is designed in accordance with privacy and data protection principles. Check with your organization regarding the specific compliance status of your instance.
