π€ Upload Files
Access the Upload Dialogβ
To upload files:
- Go to the Files section in the navigation menu.
- Click the "+ UPLOAD DATA" button at the top.
- The upload dialog will open with three available tabs.
The "UPLOAD DATA" button is only available in the Files section, not in the Dashboard.
π Upload Methodsβ
The upload dialog offers three different methods:
Upload Filesβ
Upload files from your device:
Option A: Drag and Drop
- Drag one or more files from your file explorer
- Drop them into the upload area (cloud icon)
- The files will be added to the list automatically
Option B: File Selector
- Click on the upload area (cloud icon)
- Your operating system's file explorer will open
- Select the files you want to upload
Preview before uploading:
- File name: Name of the selected file
- File Type: MIME type of the file (e.g.,
image/png,audio/mp3) - Remove: Button ποΈ to remove the file from the list

The Veraquo Platform accepts the following file types (MIME types):

βοΈ Upload Processβ
- Select the desired upload method (currently only files)
- Add the files or content you wish to upload
- Review the file list (you can remove unwanted files using the ποΈ button)
- Click the "Upload" button
- You will see an upload indicator (rotating spinner)
- The dialog will close automatically when the upload is successful
- The files will appear immediately in your upload list Files
The upload shows a spinning indicator but no percentage progress bar. Be patient with large files.
π¨ Limits and Restrictionsβ
File Sizeβ
- Maximum size per file: Depends on the plan you have (see plans)
Storage Quotaβ
- Each user has a total storage quota assigned, which depends on the plan you have.
- If you exceed your quota, you will see an error indicating how much space you need to free up.
Audio Lengthβ
- Audio files have a 2-minute limit for the freemium option.
- Limits vary depending on the plan you have.
- This limit is automatically validated upon upload
Permissions by Typeβ
- You must have specific permissions to upload each file type
- If you don't have permissions for a type, you won't be able to upload it
- Contact an administrator to request additional permissions
βοΈ After Uploadingβ
Once the upload is complete:
- The dialog closes automatically
- The files appear immediately in your Files list
- The files are in "Ready" status
- You can now apply actions to them:

β Common Errorsβ
π΄ Unsupported Formatβ
Error: "Provided file is unsupported: [file type]"
Solution: Verify that the file is in one of the formats listed above.
π΄ Size Exceededβ
Error: "The file exceeds the maximum allowed size"
Solution:
- Reduce the file size
- Contact the administrator to increase your limit or subscribe to a plan that meets your needs.
π΄ Storage Quota Exceededβ
Error: "Storage quota exceeded. Please free up X MB of space"
Solution:
- Delete old files you no longer need
- Contact the administrator to request more storage space
π΄ Insufficient Permissionsβ
Error: "You do not have permission to upload files of type: [type]"
Solution: Contact an administrator to request the necessary permissions.
π΄ File Length Exceeded (Audio/Video)β
Error: "The file length exceeds the allowed duration"
Solution:
- Trim the file to reduce its length
- Check with the administrator regarding the duration limit
π΄ Invalid File Nameβ
Error: "File name too long" or "Invalid characters in the name"
Solution: Rename the file before uploading:
- Use shorter names
- Avoid special characters (only letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores)

- Check the MIME type in the preview to confirm that the system correctly recognizes your file
- If the upload is taking a long time, check your internet connection
