🧭 Navigation and Structure

General Platform Structure​

Within the Veraquo Platform, all users have access to two main sections:

  • Dashboard: Main panel with statistics and metrics for your files
  • Files: Management of your multimedia files (audio and image)
  • Plans and Billing: Management of plans and payments
  • API Keys: Allows the creation and management of API keys for use via APIs.
  • Documentation: Allows you to access these documentation pages.

🖥️ Top Navigation Bar (Header)​

The top bar and sidebar contain several key elements:

Left Side​

  • "Veraquo" Logo: Platform logo
  • Navigation Tabs: Dashboard | Files | Plans and Billing | API Keys | Documentation
Main Navigation

The tabs in the header are the primary way to navigate between sections on large screens.

Right Side of the Header​

  • Usage Status: Displays the number of tokens used out of the total.
  • Language Selector: Flag for the current language (e.g., 🇺🇸 for English, 🇪🇸 for Spanish)
    • Click to expand the menu of available languages
    • The flag changes to match the selected language
  • Avatar and Email: User icon + your email address
    • Click to open the user menu
    • Option: Log Out
User Profile

The user menu only allows you to log out. There are no account settings options.

📱 Mobile Navigation​

On small screens, the interface adapts:

  • Hamburger Button (☰): Appears in the upper left corner
  • Navigation tabs are hidden
  • Click the hamburger button to open the side menu with the following options:
    • Dashboard
    • Files (or Users for admins)
    • Plans and Billing: Manage plans and payments
    • API Keys: Allows you to create and manage API keys for use via the API.
    • Documentation: Allows you to access these documentation pages.
Responsiveness

The platform automatically adapts to your screen size for a better user experience.

🔍 File Search​

The search functionality is not in the main header. To search for files:

  1. Go to the Files section
  2. Use the filters available on that page:
  • Created: Filter by date range
  • Format: Filter by file type (All, Audio, Image)
  • In the admin view, there is also a User filter

🎨 Visual Indicators​

  • Active Section: The current tab is highlighted in the header
  • Email Visible: Your email address is always visible next to your avatar to identify your session
  • Language Flag: Indicates the currently selected language
