Dashboard and Statistics

Dashboard Overview​

The Dashboard is your main control center where you can view statistics and metrics of your activity on the Veraquo Platform. It displays interactive charts and summaries of your processed files.

Accessing the Dashboard​

To access the Dashboard:

  1. Log in to the platform
  2. The Dashboard is the first view that appears automatically
  3. You can also access it by clicking on Dashboard in the top menu

Dashboard Components​

1. Bar Chart: Files Processed​

The main chart shows the over time of processed files:

What does it show?​

  • X-axis (horizontal): Timeline with dates (days, weeks, months)
  • Y-axis (vertical): Number of files processed
  • Yellow bars: Height represents the volume of activity in that period

Display Modes​

Normal Mode (default):

  • Grouped bars showing the total number of files processed
  • Simpler and clearer view

"More details" Mode (by checking the box):

  • Bars separated by process type:
    • 🔍 Detection (Analysis)
    • 🔗 Tracing (Tracing)
  • Each type appears as an individual column
  • Allows you to see which processes are running most frequently

Interacting with the Chart​

The chart is fully interactive:

  • Zoom: Select an area by dragging the cursor
  • Pan: Move the view horizontally by dragging
  • Tooltip: Hover the cursor over a bar To see exact values
  • Reset: Use the icons in the upper right corner to:
    • 🏠 Return to full view
    • 📸 Download as image
    • 🔍 Zoom in/out
    • ☰ Additional options menu

2. Card: Files Detected​

Displays a large number with the total number of files that have had at least one process run.

What counts?​

  • Files with detection completed
  • Files with traceability completed
Processed Files

Only counts files that have gone through at least one of the three processes. Files simply uploaded without processing are NOT counted here.

3. Pie Chart: AI vs. Humans​

Visualize the content proportion based on detection results:

Chart Segments:​

  • 🟣 Humans (purple): Content identified as created by humans
  • 🌸 AI (pink): Content detected as generated by AI

Information Displayed:​

  • Percentage: % of each category out of the total
  • Absolute Number: Exact number of files
  • Tooltip: Hover to see details

:::Caution: Only Analyzed Files This chart only includes files with completed detection. Unanalyzed files or files with only traceability information do NOT appear in this chart. :::

Available Filters​

Date Range (Created)​

Filter data by time period:

Date Selection:​

  1. Click on the "Start date - End date" field
  2. A calendar picker will open
  3. Select the start date
  4. Select the end date
  5. The charts will update automatically

Format: DD/MM/YYYY - DD/MM/YYYY

Time Analysis
  • Short Periods (days/weeks): For detailed analysis of recent activity
  • Long Periods (months/years): To view general trends and evolution

File Format (Format)​

Filter by content type:

Available Options:​

  • All: Shows all formats (default option)
  • Audio: Only audio files Audio 🎵
  • Image: Images only 🖼️

To change:

  1. Click on the "Format" field
  2. A dropdown menu with options will appear
  3. Select the desired format
  4. The data will be automatically filtered

Checkbox: More Details​

Toggle between two bar chart display modes:

Unchecked (default):​

  • Grouped and simple view
  • Bars show the total number of files processed
  • Cleaner and easier to interpret

Checked:​

  • Detailed view by process type
  • Separate columns appear for:
    • Detection
    • Traceability
  • Ideal for in-depth analysis of which processes are used most

To activate/deactivate:

  1. Check or uncheck the "More details" checkbox
  2. The chart will automatically reorganize

Button: Generate Report​

Generates a PDF report with the Current Dashboard Statistics

How to Generate:​

  1. Configure the filters as desired (dates, format)
  2. Click the "Generate report" button (with the 📋 icon)
  3. The system will generate a PDF
  4. The file will be automatically downloaded to your computer

Report Content:​

The PDF includes:

  • Metrics Summary: Key numbers (Files detected, AI vs. Humans)
  • Bar Chart: Screenshot of the "Files processed" chart
  • Pie Chart: Screenshot of the "AI vs. Humans" chart
  • Filters applied: Selected dates and format
  • Generation Date: When it was created
  • User info: Your email address
Use Filters Beforehand

Configure dates and format BEFORE generating the report to get exactly the information you need.

Data Interpretation​

Bar Chart Analysis​

  • Activity Peaks: Days with high processing volume
  • Inactive Periods: Days with no activity
  • Increasing Trend: Steady increase in usage
  • Decreasing Trend: Reduction in activity

In "More Details" Mode:​

  • Most Used Process: Which column is highest
  • Process Balance: Whether all three processes are used equally
  • Patterns: Whether certain processes are used more on certain dates

AI vs. Human Analysis​

Pie Chart Interpretation:​

High Percentage of AI (>70%):

  • Most of your analyzed content is generated by AI
  • This may indicate that you are working with synthetic content
  • Or that you are testing AI detection

High Percentage of Humans (>70%):

  • The Most of your content is authentic/human
  • Original content or content verified as legitimate

Balanced distribution (40-60% each):

  • Mix of human and AI content
  • Variety in the types of files analyzed
Only Shows Analyzed Files

Remember that this chart only includes files with completed detection. It does not reflect unanalyzed files.

Usage Tips​

  1. Check the Dashboard regularly to monitor your activity
  2. Use date filters to analyze specific periods
  3. Activate "More details" when you need to understand which processes you use most
  4. Generate periodic reports to keep a historical record
  5. Filter by format to analyze a specific type of content
